Eligibility

• LL.M, or equivalent qualification and two years active practice 

as an Advocate

• LL.B (with 50% aggregate marks) or equivalent qualification having four years active practice as an Advocate.

Age Range: 

• 28 to 40 for Males
• 28 to 43 for Females

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION

Written Examination comprising of the following papers will be conducted.

• Advocacy & Pleading skills (Subjective + Objective) (100 Marks)
• Constitutional & Administrative Law (Subjective + Objective) (100 Marks)
• Civil Law: (Subjective + Objective) (100 Marks)
• Psychological Assessment + viva (100 Marks)
