Tips on Memorizing Vocabulary

• Try to learn a few words daily. Don’t try to memorize too many words at once. Start with about 8-10 words per day.
• Try to put the words in context. Instead of simply memorizing them, try to use them in as many sentences as possible. This will help you to more effectively memorize the meanings behind the word.
• And not just sentences, you can even make drawings and images to associate with words. A lot of the information we absorb (around 80%) is visual. Use of a visual aid such as a picture associated with a word will help you memorize the word better.
• Use the spaced-repetition method. In this, you learn a word and then repeat them with increasing intervals of time. For example, you learn a new word and then repeat it after a few minutes, then after a few hours, then after a day, then two days etc. This will train your mind to keep this new information fresh in mind for longer intervals of time.
• Repeat, repeat, repeat. Although obvious, we cannot stress this enough. The more you practice and repeat, the better you’ll get with your vocabulary.

30 days MOD Challenge

Let’s divide subjects according to time needed to prepare them. There are 10 subjects in total

5. Everyday Science
6. Pakistan Studies
7. General Knowledge
8. Economics
9. Political Science
10. International Relations

Let’s plan:

• Daily time recommended: 4 hours?
• 5 days a week
• Saturday: Revision day
• Sunday: Relaxation day

1. We recommend you to actively study 5 days a week. Keep one day for revision or do your topics which you missed during the week. Take Sunday off as a stress reliever so that you are again ready for a fresh start on Monday.
2. English has a vocabulary list which needs to be divided over the period of 10 days as it has around 400 words. 30 words a day would work best. What do you say?

We’ll guide you on how to memorize the words.

3. General Knowledge notes need more time to go through as there are lots of things to remember. We’ll divide this portion over the period of 2 weeks.
4. Make sure to go through some parts of the Current Events of 2022 daily. Interesting!
5. Mathematics, Computer Science, Islamic Studies, and Everyday Science are of basic level. They need not to take more than 3 days each. Makes sense!
6. Economics, Political Science, and International Relations are covered in the form of MCQs on Tabir Academy. Up to take the challenge?
7. It’s up to you if you opt for Strategy I or II of Tabir Academy Challenge and modify the plan accordingly. MCQs first or Notes first? You decide.
8. If you want to do MCQs first on Tabir Academy, then we recommend you to take the learning box seriously and learn concepts. Mark the topics where you are lagging and revise those topics from the notes later.
9. Two weeks for notes and two weeks for MCQs? Do you agree? 
10. Attempt Past Paper to learn where you stand. We see you in the front row! J
11. Now, write your plan according to the points mentioned above.
12. We recommend you to study for 4 hours in 4 shifts but if you are smarter, it may take less time J
13. Last but not the least, DO NOT stress. Planning beforehand can make your way easier. You can alter Tabir Academy recommended plan according to your daily routine.
